What are the Different Types of Uganda Visas for Afghani Citizens?
Tourist Visa
If you wish to enter Uganda for tourism purposes or to visit a family member or friend for a short while, you can opt for the Uganda tourist visa.
The East Africa tourist visa for Uganda is valid for 90 days. However, it would be best to remember that the Uganda tourist visa is a single entry visa.
Uganda E-Visa

These visas are valid for tourism, business purposes, medical treatment or recreational purposes. The validity of the Uganda e-visa is also 3 months.
Transit Visa
The need for a transit visa arises when travelling abroad and having to pass through Uganda.
For the transit visa, you must provide exit and entry proof for the past year.
Business Visa
The business visa is to cater to important business meetings, conferences, signing of the deal, etc. Therefore, you must provide a business letter to the Uganda Consulate stating the nature and reason for your business trip.
Visa on Arrival
The Uganda visa on arrival is for those individuals who didn't apply for the e-visa previously. Therefore, this visa form allows foreign nationals to come to Uganda and apply for the e-visa.

What are some of the Visa Requirements for Afghan Citizens in Uganda Visa?
The basic Uganda visa requirements for Afghan citizens include submitting a complete application form without any errors or inaccurate information alongside all the necessary documents for a particular type of visa. Moreover, it would be best if you had a valid passport and a recent passport-size photograph with a white background. The passport should be valid for at least six months and have 2 blank visa pages.
If you applied for a tourist visa, you would need documents such as proof of accommodation in the form of hotel bookings or a travel itinerary that briefs about your travel plan in Uganda. This should also state the dates you are travelling on. It would be best if you mentioned the travel itinerary in a personal letter directed to the Uganda embassy.
Afghani adults need to provide a health document in the form of their yellow fever vaccination certificate, whereas parents are supposed to provide their polio vaccination certificate for kids. You should also provide the certificate for vaccination for Covid 19.
You need to provide proof of sufficient funds so the visa officers know that you can cover your expenses while in Uganda. The proof can be in the form of bank statements! Moreover, you may need to provide your flight itinerary too!
