Holders of a long stay valid visa can then approach the Ministry of the Interior once they enter Turkey to request a resident permit. If they want to engage in any paid work, part time or full time, they also need to apply for a work permit.
Resident permits sized to Armenians may be temporary or permanent; the former is renewable every few years.
Short Stay Visas
The short stay Turkey tourist visa is also the E-visa issued by the government of Turkey. This document was introduced in 2013 to simplify the application process for short stays. Short stay E-visas are processed online, so you don’t have to visit the Turkish embassy to apply for it.
All you have to do is log onto the E-visa portal, apply for the visa, provide a valid email address and enter your information. You can complete this application using your phone or laptop.

Length Of Stay
An E-visa has a validity of 180 days with a length of stay of up to 30 days. The time starts counting from the date of your indicated arrival. Once you arrive at the Airport in Istanbul or Ankara, immigration officials will stamp your Passport, which makes the visa active, and the countdown to expiry begins.
Purpose
The E-visa is issued for the purpose of Tourism and business. If you want to visit for any other purpose, you are advised to apply for a different type of visa. This visa is best for vacation, business meetings, conferences, religious, cultural and sporting events.

Not For Work
You cannot engage in any form of paid activity during your stay in Turkey. This is because this visa cannot be used to get a work permit. It is strictly for tourism and business.
How To Get A Turkey Visa
The steps to get a Turkey visa can be completed in three easy steps.
Fill out The Application Form
You will need to fill out the application form online. Enter your name, gender, date of birth, the purpose of visit and passport information.
Application Fees
You pay the visa application fee using a credit or debit card. This can be done in a few minutes.
Submit Request
After filling out the form, you submit it for processing and approval. The processing is quite fast, and you will receive feedback in your email within 24 hours or not more than 48 hours. If you want priority processing, you can request a 1-hour processing schedule.
