Only order is placed – full refund less $50 processing fee for 4-7 or 8-10 business day service, full refund less $25 processing fee for 6-8 weeks service + U.S. Department of State Fee + inbound & outbound shipping
After Consultation, Precheck, and Reservation Approval – 50% + U.S. Department of State Fee + inbound & outbound shipping
100% non refundable if cancel request arrives after 5pm est day of reservation approval

- Rebooking – space permitting. 100% non refundable if rebooking request arrives after 5pm est day of reservation approval
- Upgrade – No fee, same booking remains, space permitting
- Downgrade after Reservation Approval (if downgrade request arrives before 5pm est the day of reservation approval) and before Received:
  ➔ 4-7 to 8-10 is no fee
  ➔ 4-7 or 8-10 to 6-8 weeks is 50% of the service level difference.
  100% non refundable if downgrade request arrives after 5pm est the day of reservation approval
