Kenya E Visa
Foreigners living in a different country who wish to apply for a visa to another country need to go back home in many cases to apply for the visa, but this is not the case with UAE residents planning to visit Kenya. The government of Kenya has introduced an e-visa program that allows foreign nationals to apply for visas wherever they may be online. The online e-visa application allows UAE residents to enter and stay in Kenya for a maximum period of 90 days. The application process is online, so applicants don’t have to submit any physical documents or deal with any intermediary.
Applicants may apply for a single or multiple entry visa but only for tourism purposes. Also, the visitor is not allowed to work in Kenya on this visa as it is solely for tourism or business-related purposes.

Entry Routes
Visitors can only use this visa to enter Kenya through approved airports, seaports, or land borders. Using it for non-approved routes will lead to outright rejection.
East Africa Visa
Besides the normal e-visa that UAE residents can apply for, there is an East African visa open to them as well. This visa differs from the e-visa but still allows the holder into Kenya. The East African visa is a joint visa issued by Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda. It allows the holder to visit any of these countries during their trip to East Africa. So rather than visiting only one country, you can visit all three on a single visa.
The governments of all three countries issue this visa, which is recognized and accepted by the immigration officers of all three. If you want to make your trip to East Africa a memorable one consider applying for an East African visa.
The requirements are similar to a normal Kenyan visa and are valid for 180 days. You can also apply for it online via VisaHQ.
