Citizens from countries not on the visa-free list must apply for a visa. The visa is valid for 90 days or longer, depending on the duration you apply for. There is also single-entry and multiple-entry visa; one allows you to enter Guatemala once, while you can use the other multiple times.

Guatemala Business Visa Eligibility?

To obtain this visa, you will have to prove that you have valid intentions for visiting and are capable of bearing the financial expenses of your trip. To prove your financial capacity, the Guatemalan authorities will expect to see a statement of account with sufficient balance to cover your needs.  

You must also show that you have strong ties with your home country and have every intention of returning home after your visit. A police clearance certificate showing good character is also required. Lastly, applicants must prove they are healthy and fit for the trip.

How To Apply For A Guatemala Business Visa?

If you want to apply for a business visa, you will have to either do so online or in person. In-person application is required if applicants from your cannot apply for it online. Visit the nearest Guatemalan Consulate, request the application form, fill it out correctly, attach the necessary documents and submit it for approval.
